It’s (supposed to be) a five stars hotel, but this is not the case.
1) the room is small and minimal (not even the space to accommodate the suitcase)
2) the bathroom required some maintenance (I believe those details matter in a 5 stars)
3) end of July and the swimming pool was plenty of dead flies.
4) no support or bus transfer as it is not in the city center or near any location.
On the other hand it is important to mention:
1) excellent breakfast
2) private beach just in front of the hotel
3) very good value for money, although priced as deluxe which is not what it is supposed to be!
We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the friendly welcoming staff and a very good breakfast each morning. The highlight was an excellent seafood dinner at the Trabocco...a very special experience for us both. Only criticism was the absence of complimentary mineral water in the room...this should be standard in an establishment like the Supporter.
Beautiful views. Clean, comfortable stay, very friendly and accommodating staff. Great food in the dining room with sea views. Nice pool and private beach and bar for the summer. Can't wait to visit again.
We organised our wedding with the team at the Supporter Deluxe Hotel. From start to finish the level of service was first class and the end result was a three day celebration that was far above our already high expectations. Our guests enjoyed the best food and drinks that Abruzzo has to offer in a spectacular setting. The hotel itself is beautiful, a modern pristine white structure with a stunning swimming pool overlooking the Adriatic (perfect for a glass of wine at sunset). The hotel provides access to a private beach which offers you the opportunity to enjoy a swim in the Adriatic. The staff at the hotel we’re exceptional, providing a truly 5 star experience to all of our guests. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking to experience the Costa dei Trabocchi in Abruzzo.
I tried to reach the hotel manager for a month to have some information about the possibility of renting the hotel for an event in June 2023. Never called back. Never had the courtesy of talking to me. After a month, they told me they would not take reservation before October (for June 2023). Rude and unprofessional.
Love the place, very friendly staff. Restaurants food portions were small tho.
Dinner at the Supporter Hotel! Nouvelle Cuisine inside the Hotel, with a very well cooked fish in a very smart place! Very good abruzzese wine! Mr Bruno welcomes you to this marvelous brand new Hotel with swimming pool and a spectacular terrace seafront! Then you have a private and quiet nice beach and a marvelous wooden typical Trabocco on the sea, where you can eat a super fresh fish cooked with the traditional Abruzzese recipes! What a great weekend!
